Your experience is our #1 priority! Your subscription will automatically renew based on your selected plan (monthly or annual) using the payment method provided at sign-up.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Monthly Subscription: Payments for monthly plans are non-refundable. Cancellation will stop the next month’s renewal, but you will retain access for the remainder of your paid period.
- Annual Subscription: Payments for annual plans are non-refundable. Cancellations do not qualify for a prorated refund, but you will retain access until the end of your paid term.
- Managing Your Subscription: You can update, change, or cancel your subscription anytime by visiting Account Settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
